  • Customized Items: Regrettably, personalized or engraved items cannot be returned or refunded due to their unique nature.
  • Returning Items: For regular items, kindly include the original receipt, invoice, box and label/tag intact with the product when requesting a return. Merchandise should be unused, free from wear, scratches, alterations, or resizing.
  • Timeframe: You have a generous window of 7 days from receiving your order to request a return. Rest assured, we'll process the refund within 10 business days after receiving the returned item and conducting a thorough quality check.
  • Cancellation: If you change your mind about non-customized orders before they're shipped, you're welcome to cancel. Upon cancellation, we'll refund the amount directly to your bank account within ten working days.
  • Refund Process: If you decide to return an item, reach out to our friendly customer service team via phone or email. They'll guide you through the process. After we receive and inspect the item, we'll swiftly initiate the refund.
  • Refund Options: We value your satisfaction. We'll refund the full amount to your bank account. If, for any reason, the transaction isn't successful, we can offer you a promotion code or coupon as a gesture of goodwill.
  • E-wallet Feature: As an added convenience, you have the choice to retain your refund as credit in our secure e-wallet. This credit can be easily used for your future purchases with us.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Within UAE: To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate recipient details. The recipient will need to show valid identification upon delivery for verification.
  • Outside UAE: Presently, our delivery services are limited to within the U.A.E.

Location Delivery (In U.A.E)

  • If the recipient isn't available during delivery, the courier will make up to three attempts. If still unreachable, the item will be returned to our Dubai office.
  • If a customer chooses not to accept the delivery, they will be responsible for return shipping costs and any associated import duties.
  • We kindly request your cooperation in ensuring your availability for successful package delivery.
  • We want to ensure the smoothest delivery experience for you. Please note that we can only deliver orders to residential and commercial locations. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or on-road locations.

2.2 Quotations: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days. Prices are subject to change after this period.

2.3 Approval: Work will commence only after the final design is approved and written confirmation is received from the customer.

 

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work on custom jewellery.

3.2 Payment Schedule: Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

3.3 Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or collection of the item.

 

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable.

4.2 Refunds: Custom jewellery is non-refundable once the design is approved and work has commenced, except for defects or items not as described.

 

5. Changes to Orders

5.1 Design Changes: Any changes after design approval may incur additional charges and extend delivery time.

5.2 Communication: All changes must be communicated in writing and approved by both parties.

7.2 Warranty Period: Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for 7 day from the delivery date.

7.3 Exclusions: Damage caused by improper care or accidents is not covered.
