Location Delivery (In U.A.E)

• If the recipient isn't available during delivery, the courier will make up to three attempts. If still unreachable, the item will be returned to our office.
• If a customer chooses not to accept the delivery, they will be responsible for return shipping costs and any associated import duties.
• We kindly request your cooperation in ensuring your availability for successful package delivery.
• Please note that we can only deliver orders to residential and commercial locations. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or on-road locations.

Within UAE

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate recipient details. The recipient will need to show valid identification upon delivery for verification.

Outside UAE

Presently, our delivery services are limited to within the U.A.E.

Please note that if you fail to provide proof of identity at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to deny the delivery. This is purely a security measure to safeguard your order and ensure it reaches you securely.
